Possibly the best and great stay out of four nights. Location so close to stores, nearby restaurants and another outlet. For shots visit Bar Louie, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

all the staff was helpful and always accommodating, solved my issues. the location was magnificent, just a short walk away from dotty's cafe mateson.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. Good location.

The place really could use some updating. The paper was peeling off the walls, the furniture was badly scarred and old. The safe in the room could not be opened. No hand towels.

The contintental breakfast is cereal and warm milk... There weren't even refilled pitchers of drinks.

So, I check into this place right off the highway and it was pet friendly, a surprise! The king room was spacious, and yeah, they had a mini fridge and a microwave-super useful for my late night snacks after a day of meetings.

Not exactly pocket change for the stay, but it was acceptable.

I appreciated the easy access to common areas. Improvements in the cleanliness of common areas would elevate the experience significantly.

We visited the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre and Franciscan St James Health-Olympia Fields. The location is super convenient with easy access, and for the price, it's a solid choice.

One downside was housekeeping. We noticed a dirty tub in our room that needed cleaning, a letdown since everything else felt decent .

The renovated rooms and overall decor felt inviting and fresh.

I was thrilled with how close the hotel is to numerous dining options like Giordano's and Starbucks, making it super convenient for quick bites between city strolls and visits to landmarks like Bartel Grassland Land and Water Reserve, just a short drive away for some fresh air and scenic views.

The location was ideal for access to local attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and offered good service. Breakfast options were satisfactory.

I felt immediately welcomed by the warm decor and inviting atmosphere. My King Room was spacious and included a coffee maker, made my mornings brighter. Plus, the convenient location made exploring the nearby attractions such easy!

I stayed here with my family and really appreciated how the staff ensured a clean environment for kids to play safely. Our previous stay in matteson wasn't great, but this time the atmosphere felt cute. The room was spacious and well-kept.
